Excellent customer service at Ramsdens in Lancaster today when collecting my currency from Stacy N. Very efficient foreign currency service. The ready reckoner they put in with the cash is extremely useful when you're abroad.

As a disabled person who has to use the lift, it would be nice not to get stuck in it multiple times due to the same issue. Three times this year so far. Would be nice if the problem was fixed.

ALMOST bought a ring here. It became the most unpleasurable experience of buying jewellery ever. The lady may as well be selling a bag of spuds for all she cared . Miserable, zero personality & unprofessional attitude lost this business a sale .

Have some nice jewellery, however I won't be going back, after a male worker claimed my watch was a fake , then withdrew the comment after being proven wrong, and didn't apologise. Very rude.
