Atmosphere: Good, usually very today unless someone has literally been infant of me and messed up the display.
Staff: Very friendly and helpful.
Queues: The staff are very good at handling them as they make sure there are enough cashiers, however if there is a partially long queue you normally don't wait .

the last visit to primark in lancaster was horrendous. the pricing of the men?s hoodies was all wrong when paying then tried to overcharge which we told them what the price said at the stand.the manager was called and was rude and told us that we were wrong and they were not gonna to honour the price so we didn?t buy the hoodies. we thought this was a one off until today. i picked up a pair of shoes in the women?s section which were shoes from last years summer collection and they had 3 red reduced stickers on for £1 so when paying they were £7. again the manager was called it was a different one to last time we went. the manger said someone had stuck the wrong sticker on and they was again not changing the price. the management in this primark are rude and unprofessional compared to other primarks. just seems that every time we go there is trouble with pricing.

I just hate primark, lass loves it I hate it, cheap rubbish that's awful for the environment. From experience the clothes you buy only fit you once then go out of shape after a wash

Was sent in by 'The better half' and didn't have a clue what I was looking for ???. Asked a member of staff for some help who told me she was relatively new and promptly found another staff member who took me under her wing and helped very quickly. Great service by both so a MASSIVE thank you, A+++

Sunday. First thing. Not enough people on tills in kidswear. Painfully slow .
Update .still the same, mens checkouts closed, and excessive queue on womens
