Freshly made pizzas and honestly really good. Theres lots of deals with fries so it becomes cheaper. I like the create your own one too for flexibility. Its honestly pretty good and a lot better than others. Love stopping here when I?m on campus, its a good treat. Fries aren?t better than Sultans but I?m here for the pizza

One of the staff members (tall, early 20s) was winking at a girl and was giving disgusting looks and wasn?t stopping and this hasn?t happened the first time where a staff member has acted unprofessional with a student of the university?. Utterly disgusting behaviour!!!

I used to enjoy going here but the last time I ordered they completely got it wrong! I had ordered online and requested to collect in the evening, but I got a text saying my order was ready to collect mid afternoon - when I was in a meeting so obviously couldn't just go collect my dinner! When I got it home I found the pizza was the wrong size and the wrong toppings - they'd just completely messed the order up. Sorry Pizzetta, as I did used to quite like this place, but I won't be going there again.

Firstly I just want to say this cafe has outstanding coffee. Sadly however I just feel the customer service has let this cafe down immensely. I'm not one to complain usually and takes me quite a alot to leave a review but on a few occasions now at the Cafe Republica (Bailrigg university campus) those serving (not sure where she?s from but particularly the tall girl with tied back hair) have been pompous, rude and arrogant. Making derogatory remarks and judgements about your customer choices, scathingly snooty and unfriendly and as if they have a huge chip on their shoulder. Whether they are coffee culture snobs, have mental issues, lost in language translation or whatever could be made an excuse, it shouldn't be put onto the customer and just isn't not good enough when paying a lot of money there. To arrive at the venue upbeat to then leave quite deflated by such a negative customer service experience through their sheer rudeness .. is simply just not on and had to share this feedback. Please teach these people some common politeness and basic customer handling manners or replace, otherwise I'd have to question returning which I don't really want to do. What use is incredible product with appalling service?
