Placed an order but refuse to take the red onion of the pizza, absolutely not great service over phone as we couldn?t write a note over Uber so rang the restaurant and excuse was restaurant priority. Most rubbish restaurant in Lancaster, don?t advise anyone to order from here horrible service as someone who works within the fast food. Disgraceful.

Whoever answered the phone was so rude. We ordered food and they said they can?t class us as a priority as they prioritise their restaurant customers. If so then don?t do deliveries. We called because there was no notes for Pizza Hut on Uber eats. So we called to ask to have the onions removed and they were so rude about it.

Yvonne and Claire! AMAZING! Really chatty and friendly. The food was good. The free salad was awesome and loved the free refills on drinks and unlimited ice cream

Was it around 1988 that Pizza Hut, then Whitbread owned (UK) was decent and relevant. Today we have this.. omg.. what have branded concepts like this one become. There isnt enough space or time to express what I think. No fault of the 2 Team members on duty today who are following orders set very high up. Empty top apart from 1 other table - interesting.
Not for me and I'll leave the delight of a Pizza Hut pizza meal and visit for a little while.

Had a great family meal out for daughter's birthday . Good service and Food was good.
Bit expensive but still very nice and didn't have to wait long. Salad bar was nice too
Parking: Had to register for 2 hour slot but was plenty of time

That was the worst pizza I've ever had. Hard like shoe sole. In salad bar they use vegan Mayo for sauces but not for coleslaw and potatoes salad... make sense... and prices... it is just ridiculous! I paid nearly £7 for 5 small pieces of halloumi, see photo. It is simply robbery.

Visited yesterday just before 2pm ordered buffet, we did have to wait for pizzas as there was none out or pasta which we didn't mind waiting for as it meant we could have food fresh. Had a Pepsi max using the machine but it was flat let the staff know & they gave me a bottle of pespi max instead.Overall really enjoyed our food here good value for money £7.99 standard buffet. 100% would visit here again.
