Went in the store today has needed new phone, my old one was playing up and not charging, the Assistant Ash was so helpful and got me on a plan that was more tailored for me, so win win I,m also saving money and got new phone too, all the staff are pleasant and helpful, special thanks to Ash for all his help today

I had been in the shop 3 times and they are so knowledgeable about everything - they've helped me out greatly!!

We found the store manager welcoming and helpful and the member of staff (Leo) who served me was great- knowledgable, helpful and not patronising. We went back today for my husband to buy two products.

First class service for my elderly dad!
Around 430pm today, my husband took my dad into your store. My dad is elderly and has some health problems, but my husband tells me that the staff in there were brilliant, attentive, and explained well to both him, and me over the phone, about what the best option was for his new phone.
Thank you so much to those staff members. Stirling service to those of an older generation!

Staff member shamed me that getting my £20 refunded suggesting is cheap, a waste of time, and not worth it, after customer service on the phone a few days earlier lied to me about the PAC code and how it will switch without problems.
Basicall he was saying it's okay to pay for a service I did not buy or its okay to reward o2 for lying to me.
On a phone call to customer service the next day after visiting Lancaster o2, the operator told me I should have been helped in store. He did not when I asked him.
Pretty bad. Never again with O2 and virgin media. Wasted time nobody will pay me for. Like my time is worth nothing.
In the end calling another time customer service to solve the problem with what should not have been a problem and refund done automatically, I have been not able to solve it and get refund. They made more problems and waste my time more by adding credit to account I won't use as I switched and won't come back to o2.
