Disgusting hygiene, the likes of which I?ve never seen in a McDonalds. Do their head office staff never check-up on this franchise? Floors, walls and table surfaces were rank when we went in at 9pm last night. In fact the whole place looks like it?s crying out either for a refurb or to be closed down for health reasons. My wife went to use the loo and then had to phone me as she was locked in. Staff had to use a key from outside the toilet to open the door??! And the interior of the toilet was revolting, I mean absolutely gross. As a man, I?d find it disgusting to just have to go in and stand for a pee but how a woman could go in there and have to deal with that. Absolutely shameful.

I ordered online, delivery was expected between 1-1:30am. Delivery never came. They then lied and said it got delivered at 1:15am. Not being funny but if this was true I would be eating a McDonald's instead of calling for an hour and over 20 times. Awful customer service. Wouldn't order from cheap side again.

It is what it is. Don't understand why staff have to walk our food around the whole restaurant when the tables are numbered and DO NOT move. Hot apple pies would be good, as it warns you they are hot
Wheelchair accessibility: Store is accessible but getting to the seats for wheelchairs or prams is very unlikely - usually taken by students! ?

Despite huge demand the staff carries out good work and present fast and fresh. However, they tend to serve order as take away when you choose dine in. Overall, they do slightly better work compared with other branches.

Very poor burger. Ordered big tasty with bacon which came with no bacon and was very dry with hardly any sauce. Poor quality and overpriced.

Ordered breakfast on just eat. When food came it was missing two hash brows. A sausage pattie. They gave us cold fries for some reason. Our drinks were wrong. All good cold also. When I rang the restaurant she did say sorry but I had to go thru just eat...it's not just ears fault is it it's the person's fault who messed up the order. Not impressed at all. Also out drinks had been spilt in transit. Surely they could of sent our order out again. Not very customer friendly service

Literally a scam. Made an order, ticket machine would not print, altered staff. Nothing was done. Could not remember order number, alerted staff and told them of my exact order, did nothing - i have work in the morning. Wtf. Spend money and received nothing. Pure scam.

Just popped in for a quick bite to eat and drink. There was a young guy on the door.!! Trying to keep the young troublemakers out with a bit of a struggle. The place wasn't very clean didn't see anyone wiping down tables when people had left them. The food was OK and service as expected. Overall it was just OK. ?
Parking: No parking apart from the multi story carpark
