One very rude employee in there, Elaine. I?ve been in 3 times in the last few weeks and 2 of those times she?s been incredibly rude. Awful customer service. She sighs, mutters and swears under her breath, makes it known to the customer that she?s not in a good mood. Put her hands up and slams them down as if to say ?what do you want??. She seems to be in a bad mood every time she?s on shift, and then takes it out on the customer. Makes you feel very unwanted and inconvenient. Absolutely no need. I?ve witnessed her be rude to other customers as well, not just me.
