Visited the cafe. The staff here are wonderful. So helpful on the four times we have visited. My brother had ordered bacon rolls and coffee for us but we were delayed and got there late. The ladies had rescued the bacon rolls and coffee and we had fresh when we eventually got there. Wouldn't have happened anywhere else. Thank you to all the cafe staff you all know the value of good customer service.

I came in this store today for elevenses with my partner, I was horrified to see flies landing on the cakes and other products unprotected by glass I think this is blood horrible and something should be done about it .

Today after a long journey for a medical appointment, we were heading back to Carlisle and stopped at Lancaster Services. The toilets were shut downstairs so we took the lift upstairs as I have an invisible chronic pain condition & PTSD. The fire alarms starting going off to evacuate the services and I started to panic on how I was going to get down the stairs with the hoards of people, navigating my stick & trying not to panic. My husband was walking in front of me in case I fell. Towards the bottom of the stairs there was a lady from the M&S shop - her name was Tracey (coincidently same as mine). She saw I was struggling and came over to me and helped me to safely vacate the building. She could see I was struggling & very uneasy. She offered to walk me all the way to the car as my husband?s hands were full. The kindness this lady showed me during the hustle & bustle of people pushing & shoving to get out was the loveliest gesture I could have had today. I wish more people were like this. I hope you see this Tracey - you are a real gem and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for the kindness you showed me today. It not only stopped a panic attack but it was such a kind and lovely gesture that it reminds us that there is still kindness in the world ???

The staff in Lancaster were beyond rude! Told us they were closing so we said we were just going to buy our bits quickly and they just kept telling us to get out of the store! My boyfriend said ?I?m just going to buy this? and the security guard responded ?don?t get cheeky, we are closing now? like what??? So so rude I get that your closing but god help you have to wait an extra minute before you go home.
