AVOID. Food had not arrived after nearly 3 hours from promised delivery time, kept phoning, kept being told it would arrive soon. Cancelled order after 3 hours by mutual consent. No food supplied yet Refuses to give refund.

Ordered a pizza this evening and for some reason there was an issue so it took over an hour an a half. However they were very apologetic and sent some free stuff to make up for it. And it was a fantastic pizza when it arrived. Usually they are much faster, but on this occasion something went bad, and they showed excellent customer service to fix it.Recommended.

The food is really good from here (they do stuffed crust pizza!), but recently it seems common for them to reject or refuse to acknowledge orders on Just Eat - or take much longer than stated for delivery if you do manage to put in an order, which is disappointing because I love the food.
