Lush members of staff are well, lush! They are super friendly and helpful! I didn?t catch his name but the employee with long hair and a beard was really helpful with me and my friend today, couldn?t of asked for better help!

The staff at Lancaster Lush are all really lovely and knowledgeable, but I want to share my experience of Lush today in particular, I was spending a lot of time looking at the perfumes and really couldn't decide which one I wanted. I was approached by Taylor who was an absolute gem, lovely, easy to talk to and helped me pick out a new scent (which I actually initially didn't try), showed me good perfumes to blend and then helped me as I was faffing around with soap, all with patience and kindness (I was in the shop for quite a while!)
I'm very happy with my purchase, and with the customer service I received today. Thank you Taylor!! :)

My girlfriend and i had a wonderful experience at lush last week, Kate and Kay were really helpful. They demonstrated some products to us and were extremely knowledgeable about them. They also gave us recommendations based on the scents and effects of certain sprays and bath bombs that we were looking for. We felt very welcome and will definitely be coming back soon.

My boyfriend and I came the other day and were not disappointed. Dan made the whole experience so fun for us, went above and beyond giving us demos and samples of products we were interested in and recommended products based on our skin and hair types. We?re used to the usual Lush experience but this was out of this world. We came in to look at products for our anniversary gifts to each other and it was honestly the highlight of our day. Thank you to Dan and the rest of the team who were so lovely, bubbly and made the experience great for us!

Went in to find a bath bomb for my daughter yesterday and was well impressed with Isaac who took the time to find out what we wanted and answered every question from my daughter, even which were the ?glitteryest? bath bombs. Massive hit with the little lady

Was in lush not too long ago trying on perfumes with my mum. One worker was extremely helpful, didn?t get their name but had lots of enamel pins. Was absolutely lovely and a credit to your store!!

We have been customers at this Lush for many years and we have always loved the warm welcoming atmosphere and unique products. My daughter has a party here yesterday evening with a selection of friends and she had a blast. The staff were full of energy and made the party so enjoyable for all the kids. The jelly and spoon race was particularly fun to watch ? all the children received special goodie bags with products you can't buy in store. We particularly like the bouncy castle shower jelly!
Huge thanks to Kirsty the manager and her awesome staff for making our little lady's party so much fun!

The staff here are an absolute credit to Lush. Was in today with my very inquisitive 3 year old and they couldn?t have done more to make her experience special! We weren?t even buying that much but that didn?t matter to them, they were so amazing and patient with her, despite her wanting to smell literally everything in the shop!! It really made our day. Right upon entrance we were greeted by a wonderful staff member who explained in depth the different scents and ingredients of the products and showed a strong passion for what she did. The atmosphere was absolutely wonderful and she showed us bath bombs etc that we hadn't seen before and explained what was in them so clearly which, with me loving lush so much already sent me wild on the shelves ?she even complimented my new coat :) . Upon purchasing, the cashier was wonderful and polite and also really liked my coat which made me feel lovely and as if we were all girlys together ?and as we We were finishing up, another staff member approached myself and my partner and asked if we were okay as a man was talking to us and she was concerned, offering us shelter within the premises. Thankfully, we had actually come through with said man and it was just a misunderstanding but it's so beautiful seeing girls supporting girls and keeping each other safe. Made my day and made me love lush even more than I already did. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR BEING AWESOME ??

Amazing experience yesterday. Had a few staff off and couldnt do the Halloween workshop but when asked if I could just the buy the gift bag for our 6 year old as it was clear they were short staffed after a lovely young lady gave her some demos in the shop, two other staff members (manager and assistant manager I think) went out of their way to completely make a fuss of our daughter. She was shown all the spooky stuff as well as Christmas stuff along with letting her try some lip scrubs, soaps and the shower jellies etc. Made our little girl so happy and was her favourite part of half term!
