The old lady is very rude. I will close my account just to avoid seeing her face. She is an employee who does not suit Lloyds. She is very sullen and when I try to ask something, the only person who does not get beaten is her

Came in to pay a family members bill and have never experienced anything quite like it. The rudeness of the two ladies who were working 1st May after lunch. Completely spoke down to me leaving me feeling completely deflated like I was some criminal for wanting to pay off a bill but told I couldn?t (despite paying the same bill in the month prior absolutely fine). I?m glad I don?t have an account and I wouldn?t ever recommend anyone does. Family member now considering going elsewhere. Disgusting customer service.

Very poor service, when I had issues with applying online and got told on the website to visit a branch I instead just got told to try online again. Very confusing and obtuse, would not recommend anyone open an account at this bank.

Today, I visited the bank, and my experience was extremely unpleasant. When I entered the bank, I encountered a woman who treated me rudely and showed no respect or assistance. I needed help, but she made no effort to assist me and did not treat me properly. This experience left me very upset, and I have no desire to open an account with this bank after today. Providing good customer service and respect are two important aspects for a bank, but this bank missed the opportunity to serve me properly.

Not been in a bank for years, totally changed to what they were. Put at ease with really friendly staff and they helped me to get what I went in for.
