Highly recommend this company. Really helpful advice, pre - purchase and easy, then, to order over the phone. Delivery was brilliant - arrived exactly on time and put the bed together for me really quickly and efficiently, and the delivery men were really friendly and polite. This is my second purchase from The Lancaster Bed Company, the first one 9 years ago and the bed I bought then is great.

Lancaster Bed Company.Mark and the team have been an absolute joy to do business with very friendly and knowledgeable everything from start to finish as been spot on.We are really happy to have chosen this company to buy our new beds from.We upgraded our family to new beds,6 beds in total and everything was done to perfection.Mark kept us informed about when our beds where arriving in shop to delivery dates.I,ve got to say this company should be called Above and Beyond Bed company that was our experience they where above and beyond in every aspect with a very friendly caring nature.Mark and the team should be very proud of themselves,Guys you where brilliant Thank you so much

So pleased we chose Lancaster Bed Company, Mark is really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They kept our bed safely for us until we had finished decorating. The 2 chaps who delivered were very polite and friendly and took the bed up 2 flights and fitted it. We love our new bed and went back for another for a guest room as we were so satisfied.

Brilliant company! Top class service from walking through the shop doors to bed delivery. Mark is very knowledgeable and patient, never felt rushed in making a decision.In our case the price was unbeatable (Hypnos orthos 6 mattress and Romantica divan base + bedding). Received the bed bang on expected delivery date.Went off a recommendation from my Dad, glad I did. Highly recommend won't shop anywhere else now! Cheers

Great service and kept until delayed delivery. The men who came to delivery also took my older bed upstairs for a guest bed. They were very polite and quick at assembling the beds. Delt with this company in the past and a good local firm. Bed supplied was just what I needed, and I tried all the beds in store! Thank you.

We purchased a Harrison Spinks pillow top mattress from Mark at the Lancaster bed company, unfortunately after a few years a fault developed & we called Mark to ask his advice. He couldn?t have been more helpful, arranging an independent inspection & calling to our home himself to assess ( we?re over 25 miles away from Lancaster) thanks to Marks persistence Harrison Spinks agreed to replace the mattress free of charge & even agreed to upgrade to a larger size. We can?t thank Mark, Lancaster Bed Company and Harrison Spinks enough and throughly recommended to anyone thinking of getting a new bed.

Ordered a king size bed for a reasonable price and it's definitely one of the best purchases I made this year. The delivery was smooth, two gentlemen assembled the bed frame really quick. Happy customer.

Extremely happy with the service we received at The Lancaster bed company. A great local business.
