Went in on Saturday and the staff went out their way to help us. Lovely young man helped us fill in the Irish lottery slip and we also had a bet on the horses which he helped us with too.

As a disabled person who has to use the lift, it would be nice not to get stuck in it multiple times due to the same issue. Three times this year so far. Would be nice if the problem was fixed.
