So this is a 5 star for the two lads who helped me today they were extremely busy by the look of things.i had four tyres wipers and car tracking they were so busy and still helped me and I could only see 3 people in the garage and look under alot of pressure anyways i didn't manage to get there names but I will use kwik fit in future

Awful ....
I booked in advance and received an email stating to arrive promptly for the appointment what was 1 o'clock so I arrived at 12.35.
I left the car and went for lunch i got back at 13.45 to find they had not started on my car so I asked how long it would take as I had another appointment.
The chap said it would be done within the allocated hour so I said well we are 45 mins into that hour and you've not started.
For the next hour I watched as the staff just messed about rather than getting on with any car.
I finally got my car at 14.45 with no apology and to top it off I missed an important appointment.
I will never use this company again and would advise anyone who does use to not book anything else for that day.
Absolutely terrible....Kwick fit it is not

Brilliant service from Ian and all the team. We were stranded and hour away from home with a problem valve on our tyre and they fixed it quickly. They didn't mind our Spaniels sat waiting with us either. 5 stars from us! Thanks lads

Had four tyres done on Friday and the guys looked very busy one guy called Dave who seemed to be the only guy working on tyres did a great job fair play to him he looked very busy but didn't stop working I take my hat off to him he is such a hard working man

Top class service. Had puncture from Preston to Morecambe and kwik fit inspected and fixed. Actually needed 3 tyres. The 2 chaps working were both superb. They were very busy but super friendly and worked hard to get me back on the road. Won't forget it! Thanks gents

Exceptional service! I was driving home on a space saver after getting a puncture and was passing by Kwik Fit 25 mins after closing and I noticed their shutter was still up. I pulled in last minute just to see if the tyre was repairable and if so whether I could book the repair in for the following morning as my car was in for its MOT elsewhere at 9am.
Ethan repaired the puncture for me there and then and put the wheel back on the car, despite already being there working late on another car! I was back on the road within 15 mins of pulling up which was brilliant service, even more so considering another local garage had turned me away 20 mins before their closing time!
Thanks again Ethan! Highly recommend to everyone and will be sure to use the Lancaster Kwik Fit team again!

I was able to book online for the very next morning. I paid the MOT when booking. When they checked my car, they found two reasons it would fail so they gave me a quote and as soon as I agreed, they fixed it. They phoned me when it was ready. They were absolutely brilliant as I was on holiday at the time and had only realised my MOT was about to run out when I arrived at my holiday home. It could have been a disaster, but as it was, Kwik Fit did everything in half a day and I was able to carry on with my holiday.

Truly awful. They messed up every stage of a minor repair. It took 5 days to fix an issue that should take 2 hours, I also specified that I require a report to issue to my insurance to claim back expenses, kwikfit input incorrect information amd now I'm out of pocket as a result. Literally every step was a needless painful experience and I never intend to use them again.
