I had the worst experience at this JD Sports store today - I am a loyal customer who spends a LOT of money here. The manager (I think) was very rude, not even a hello, just straightaway asks if I'm reselling. How rude is that? Yes, I buy lots of shoes/clothes here, I have a big family and I am also a collector. I work in customer service myself and this is not the way we treat our customers at all! He was following me around the shop and watching me like a hawk. He kept asking questions why I'm buying so many shoes all the time? Why not? I'm not stealing am I? High street shops in small UK towns are closing all the time, and I am helping this JD store and keep jobs within our small city. If you read this and treat me like that again, I will take this further up and make sure actions are being taken. Shame on you!!!

Spent £115 on some trainers then went to try on some tops & shorts worth another £120 went to the changing rooms which I thought I was going into the store room only to find a very dirty room with nowhere to hang clothes etc not impressed did not even try clothes on sadly they lost a £120 sale

I spend a lot of money when I come here.. (over £300 today may I mention) and when I am treated like a theif being watched with everything I pick up it isn't very friendly, or welcoming, yes a lot of youths may steal but I was genuinely purchasing everything I chose! Then got a sigh when I asked for a size 8 pair of air force £115 sale!!!!! Customer service needs to drastically improve. Good range though, love the North face gear. Just an honest review.

Walked into the store and I?m guessing the manger ( who was definitely not dressed appropriately at all ) screaming at her staff it made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable so we just decided to leave along with other people.
