Went here today after the Morecambe branch shut down . Left me confused as to why they shut the better shop down . Not only is it more expensive to park in Lancaster , its smaller shop that stocks much less than the Morecambe one did . Morecambe staff where lovely and helpful but the young girl here just seemed confused by everything . I will be finding another health shop from now

Very helpful staff, store was tidy. The man ,I think he is the manager was very helpful even though the store was very busy he was able to help everyone and never stopped smiling.

Be aware of the Male manager who working at here. I saw him very rude toward a girl. And even said do not welcomed she to come to shop again. She felt wronged .A bad mood for the whole day.

Be warey of the ready-made yfood meal replacement drinks especially in the fridge but possibly the shelf ones too; twice now I've bought one from here and the UHT milk in the cartons has clearly gone bad due to it's bad taste and thick, lumpy consistency (consistent with rotten milk). Needs batch testing urgently since something is going wrong at some point in the chain. Guy at the till fobbed it off first time as "being in date" but again not how it's supposed to taste or feel.

Quite a good range of products including some interesting tasty healthy snacks! What really irritates me is their constantly changing price offers. You need a calculator to work out the most price-efficient options. Especially annoying is when two small packets are cheaper than one double sized packet. They do this all the time! What a waste of plastic packaging!!
