After having a tyre blow out today, I cannot praise the mobile tyre fitting service enough. With one phone call to the garage, a tyre was sourced and they were with me within the hour. As well as changing the affected, the other 3 were also checked and advised on wear and tear and safety too. Really pleased, and would definitely use this service again.

I cannot thank the guys at Lancaster HiQ enough. I run a family funeral directors in Lancaster and when our limousine had a flat tyre comprising a funeral service, they rushed us in and sorted out the tyre so quickly. We fully appreciate the effort they put in to accommodate us at such short notice. Thanks guys

The young man that greeted me at reception was exceptional, fantastic manners, explaining thing's in a way that I could understand about things like TPMS, sensors and storks.
I wish I had his name as you need to keep him!
I dont know a great deal about cars. I was expecting a bill of £270ish as per quote. Only to be told during and after the work that it wasn't what we thought it was but something a lot less sinister.
45 / 50 mins later, drove away paying £25.
They could of VERY easily taken advantage of me but didn't.
I now have a garage that I can trust! all future work will be with HiQ Lancaster. No question.

We had to stop on our way home from France with a punctured tyre. The lads fixed it straight away and we were on our way again within 30 minutes. Fantastic service and no huge new tyre bill? thank you so much !

Took my trusty old Mk 4 Golf Sdi in to get tracking and balancing done as it felt out.
After picking up the vehicle it felt better than it has done in a long time, did a 500 mile round trip journey and the steering was perfect.
Professional, and friendly service.
Even took a photo of my impressive exhaust repair job.
