Always fantastic and reliable for local delivery flowers ordered from afar. I was late getting my act together for Mother?s Day in the UK this year. Store was closed, I ordered online but understandably the next delivery day was two days away, the day after Mother?s Day. Hanging Basket obviously spotted this and delivered on the day for me. Amazing. Thank you!

The Hanging Basket made our table decoration and buttonholes for our wedding. The service was excellent and they really listened to what we had in mind and created just what we wanted. Excellent service, would highly recommend.

I?ve used Hanging Baskets for a number of occasions over the last few years. They always provide an excellent bouquet of flowers, long lasting and beautifully arranged. Even helping me out when I?ve been a bit last minute haha. 100% recommend Hanging Baskets for all floral needs!

I went in to pick up a plant as a wedding present as I was running late and forgot what I had already purchased. The customer service was so incredibly hostile. I am autistic and I was already visibly anxious due to running late and the lady serving was very grumpy and acted like my custom was an inconvenience to her. She told me to fill in a card for the plant that I bought, however, the desk was covered in water and the card got wet in the process, I told her this and I was just glared at. I let it go and just used the card anyway to avoid any confrontation as frankly, she scared me.
I left feeling like I had done something wrong to cause her to be so rude to me, however, while at the wedding, another guest had told me they went into a florist in Lancaster to get some confetti last minute, and she spoke about how rude the lady was behind the desk. We were both weren't surprised when we found out that it was the same florists.
I understand that everyone has a bad day, however, as someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years and has autism, there is no excuse to be as rude and cold as this individual was. You don't know who you are serving and what they are going through either and being treated this way left me quite upset for some time after.
I can't speak on the quality of the flowers or plants as it was a gift, however, I cannot give more than one star due to how uncomfortable I was made to feel. Even the best plant in the world wouldn't be worth that experience.

Able to walk in today and pay £30 for a fresh bright bunch of flowers, amazing service we were happy to let them take their time but they could of done the bouquet up within 10 - 15min and even after telling them to take their time they had it done within the hour, great service would highly recommend as a regular local service

40 pounds for the below flower bunch. The worst flower I have ever bought. And most of them are not fresh. The one opposite to M&S, in Lancaster. Will never buy flowers there again.
