Very poor service went to collect a prescription after the 5th visit over 3 weeks I gave up charged pharmacy reordered and collected in 3 days. This shop is not good.In answer to your reply one my first visit to your shop you had my prescription put it in a basket and took it to be picked saying it would be ready in an hour.... it was not. On another occasion I rang first the lady read my prescription back to me over the phone. So the issue is with Fox and Medcalfe not the GP sergery

. The carpet is filthy. The place looks untidy. Short staffed, I read the notice. The lady was complaining about her sore back, even swearing when she bent down.Takes ages to get the prescription.I read your reply....the carpet wasn't dirty due to the weather...litter everywhere.I'll ask my MP to lend you a hoover....

Absolutely amazing staff. I have been to various chemists in Lancaster and have never been happy until I started going here. Never had a mistake once and service is top quality. Always friendly and welcoming.

Over priced items. Example Nytol one a night every chemist in town is £6.29 or under, this chemist charges £7.99 Co codamol throughout Lancaster is a max of £2.29. this chemist charges over £3.00. These 2 items I 1st bought from here last year, but went to boots a few months later and was surprised at the difference in price. Pharmacist at boots give me an email address to lodge a complaint about this chemist. God knows how many other items this chemist is charging over the top. Avoid this place.

Do not use this totally unorganised ( no communication, untrained staff! ) if you need urgent medication cause they promise you prompt delivery and are a know show! Also take your prescription/cash and never have the stock in! Worst chemist in Lancaster!

Picked up my prescription today .As ever the staff were very friendly and cheerful, and I even found a bargain in the £1 clearance box. All good!
