We?ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Angel Temple as our sales negotiator, and she has been nothing short of wonderful! As first-time buyers, the whole process felt daunting at first, but Angel has guided us every step of the way with such professionalism, kindness, and patience. No question has ever been too small, and she has always been there to support us whenever we needed advice or reassurance.

My experience with Farrell Heyworth has been fantastic. It started with Joshua Lawson who came and did an amazingly thorough and fair evaluation of the property, followed by Angel Temple who then handled the whole process with such dilligent, kindness and patience, that she was able to secure a buyer within the first month. Her smart and quick approach in every step of the way was nothing short of amazing. The advice, the follow up, the negotation, the communication, everything was done so smoothly and professionally with a very personal touch that made me feel like I had a group of professional friends helping me throughout the process. I can't thank them enough for this and I would and have been recommending them for everyone who is thinking of selling their property.

I was looking to buy an appartment in lancaster and thanks to the efforts by the team at FH. After showing me around 4-5 properties in a matter of few weeks, I was able to finalise one and the rest of it was a cakewalk. Special thanks to Angel and also to Nicole and Josh.

We have had a nightmare with an ex-tenant who left a lot of damage to the apartment and cost us a lot of money to put right. The tenant refused to agree to a deduction from the deposit and also refused to interact with the resolution team. Bethan-Louise Dixon has been an absolute star and has managed to finally resolve it for us. Also worth a mention is Katie Ward who also went above and beyond in the early part of the process

Dealing with Angel and the team has been fantastic in what has been a very nail biting and hair pulling purchase. I sold my house with Farrell and Heyworth recently and both Angel Temple and Nicole Loyde, both of these two ladies where fantastic in helping me with my sale, even though it took a while they helped, supported and listened when I asked for changes and amendments. In the end I was very satisfied with their services and would recommend them highly to friends in the area.

My initial experience with the agency was not great, especially at the stage of organising viewings. However, once I had chosen a flat and my case was allocated to Angel, everything changed.
