Rude is an understatement! Member of staff ignored us stood there picking his nose when his colleague finished with her customer they both walked off shop floor and left us standing there.

Extremely rude customer service. If you have the misfortune of encountering Shauna be prepared. You?re better off contacting EE customer services via the phone and waiting the 2+ hours rather than speaking to the staff in store. They are confused about their own policies and are clearly untrained. Do not recommend.

Annabel is an angel in EE uniform. We did not expect the level of customer service she provided given previous experience in phone shops. She is a perfect ambassador for the brand and we hope her team can recognise her efforts :), thank you!

1st time here. Annabel the assistant was extremely helpful, friendly, polite and patient, I'm not tech savvy at all but she was informative without being patronising. She went above and beyond to help get what I needed within my budget. She explained everything at every step and found me the best deal. I'd bought a brand new phone she then helped me set it up and sync everything over. The girl needs a either a rise in wage or a promotion for her dedication.
Update: I did the above on a Friday. Needed to ring bank urgently but wasn't able to ring out and my WiFi wouldn't work either. Visited shop on Monday agent said as I was in between the process of switching and because of weekend I wouldn't start on EE yet! So it's now Tuesday and still can only do emergency calls. Not happy

This is the worst ee store I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.I got a message from ee to say my phone was on its way back to the store and the store would contact me.I tried phoning for a week and ended up having to go to the store.I have three phones on contact with them but when the contracts expire I will be moving to o2.My phone came back unrepairable as they wouldn't fix it under warranty because the camera screen was cracked which had nothing to do with the motherboard.When the phone was left at the shop the assistant checked it for damage and there was none

Appalling staff. Under Informed on products and services. They focus on up selling rather than customer needs. Cheaper to buy online.
