Ordered a delivery at around 11.30. Was delivered about an hour later. The order tracker was at the quality checking stage for at least 20 minutes meaning that the food had been sat there for that time. When it finally arrived it was just about warm. The pizza was overcooked. Expected much much better from a huge chain like this.

I?ve ordered from here twice, and both times the food arrived cold. On the second occasion, the driver claimed the roads were blocked and made me walk seven minutes to meet him. It took even longer because I had to search for him. By the time I got home with the food, it was completely cold. Overall, the service from this store has been terrible and very disappointing.

Terrible experience ordered pizza said it was delivered to hotel. Waited outside in cold for 30mins no sign of it...why say you delivered then when I call say it's out for delivery. To increase stats under false pretence no doubt!

I ordered my food through Uber today, not only did I not receive my order but they even took my 20 pounds.
I called them after waiting 2 hours for my food, they said I already received my order which I did not, I requested a refund, they said they won't.

I was charged twice and the store keep saying they will get back in touch to resolve it and won't. Still not resolved weeks later. Going to have to contact bank now. Buyer beware.

They literally didn't serve us. We stood there for half an hour and there was no staff they were all cooking food. They literally never came so we just left.

The pizza is good, service is not so. I always order collection and sometimes have to wait up to 10 mins to be seen. Staff see you but ignore you frequently.

I placed an order today and my friend cannot eat cheese. So called up to ask if it would be possible to have it without, we were told to put it in the notes section of an app order so did just that. Immediately after called up and the same woman answered, we asked to make sure there was no cheese and she said we could not request no cheese even though she was the one who told us to do that. She will not give us a refund, will not cancel the order, will not tell us where to get help, even though she accepted it was her fault. This is terrible both on a food safety level and a customer service level. I would like a refund as this food, if it still arrives, will have to go in the bin.
Dietary restrictions: Do not go here, they will tell you they can accommodate then risk your health by sending it with the allergens

I had an awful experience at Domino?s Lancaster. The staff prioritised phone orders over customers at the counter, leaving many of us waiting with no one willing to help. The restaurant was packed, yet no staff came to speak to or serve us. Other customers were coming back with incorrect orders, and people were waiting for ages only for the staff to disappear into the back when questioned, never to return.
We tried to use the university Freshers code, and after being told last week it wasn?t valid until this week, we came back only to be told we needed to use the app. When we tried to clarify, the staff were rude and raised their voices at us. They were even shouting out names of people who had already left. This place is a complete shambles.
I will never be returning, and I?d recommend others avoid this location. A truly disappointing experience.

We haven?t got this? Terrible service here. Left me waiting outside in the rain for about half an hour once when collecting. Just had an order placed at the wrong address (2minutes away) and they refused to bring the order here and refund.

We ordered online and it says it was ready to be collected online. We went there and we waited for about 20-25 minutes only to find out our order was not ready. The staff did not explain anything or did not even apologise. So disappointed!

This Domino's is the worst. I've ordered many times in London, but I've never had a pizza this bad in my life. I spent nearly £20, and they put on toppings that aren't even worth £1. order chicken feast pizza have only bread not chicken on it. Are they taking the toppings home with them or what? How is this store even still in business with so many bad reviews? I also met the guy who wears glasses who took my order in the store?terrible service.
