Ordered a delivery at around 11.30. Was delivered about an hour later. The order tracker was at the quality checking stage for at least 20 minutes meaning that the food had been sat there for that time. When it finally arrived it was just about warm. I’ve ordered from here twice, and both times the food arrived cold. On the second occasion, the driver claimed the roads were blocked and made me walk seven minutes to meet him. Terrible experience ordered pizza said it was delivered to hotel. Waited outside in cold for 30mins no sign of it...why say you delivered then when I call say it's out for delivery. To increase stats under false pretence no doubt!
