Very disappointing shopping experience. The product had quality issues, but after contacting customer service, I did not receive any effective solution ? only repeated excuses. As a large company, Currys? after-sales service is far below expectations and truly disappointing. I will not choose to purchase here again.

Really annoyed, I bought my first pc last year and it can?t run most games, crashes constantly even tho the guy said otherwise and that I don?t need to upgrade any time soon, but now the £100 headset I bought has randomly stopped working too. You would think spending over £1000 in a shop that specialises in pcs would sell better stuff but no apparently

The staff is so bad, the service is poor, I have never seen a store that is so bad and disrespectful to customers.. The staff told me to shut up and not talk, the business is not reputable, never come here again.??????

Great place to visit when looking for all things tech and appliances far better to see the item and feel the quality then order online. Staff are helpful and friendly which helps if you have lots of questions

Manager with bold head is the most unprofessional person I have ever met, hides behind his colleagues who can do the job and speaks to customers in an abrupt, sarcastic manner. 2 occasions and been the same both times, good job he has decent staff around him or this store would fail. Hopefully management will realise the weak link in this branch of Currys and deal with the problem

During my visit today, I observed a lack of customer engagement regarding the e-bikes. Despite being present for over ten minutes, no staff member offered assistance, despite the availability of personnel. Subsequently, I explored the upper level of the store, yet still did not receive any attention. It is my assessment that without proactive customer interaction, sales opportunities may be diminished. This is offered for consideration.

The shop itself was good, just didn't like the member of staff, standing watching my wife and me like we was going take something without paying, when we told him we were OK just looking,very intimidating.

Rubbish. Stood in a queue for repairs etc. Totally ignored. Not even an acknowledgement I was there and no offer to get me some help. 2 other staff members wandering around (more staff than customers), who took off when I went to approach one. Zero customer service. Horrible loud environment. No wonder people are shopping online. Won't be back.

I recently bought an electric hob. The delivery drivers were exceptionally helpful and took their time fitting it for me. Highly recommend Curry?s in Lancaster.
