Very disappointing shopping experience. The product had quality issues, but after contacting customer service, I did not receive any effective solution — only repeated excuses. As a large company, Currys’ after-sales service is far below expectations and truly disappointing. I will not choose to purchase here again.

Really annoyed, I bought my first pc last year and it can’t run most games, crashes constantly even tho the guy said otherwise and that I don’t need to upgrade any time soon, but now the £100 headset I bought has randomly stopped working too.
