The service at Costa was poor. The staff don't get paid enough to give one.
Talking of money it would be hard enough to justify the drink prices if the service was excellent. When service is this poor it highlights the fact that the prices are in fact shocking and you are being taken for a mug. £5 for a mocha (medium). It's taking the proverbial.

Went in this morning after my shift to get a coffee at 3 am 11/08/24 no staff member to be seen apart from a WHSmiths staff I ask where is the staff for costa they have gone for a break ages ages ago very disappointed in this as it says it?s open 24hrs luckily managed to get one from the petrol station as they have a costa machine in there.

Place was clean and staff nice however, I asked for oat milk ultimate blend and was told its no longer available. Instead I was service most horrendous tasting oat milk coffee I've ever had. It tasted like a pack of cigarettes had been put out in it. Won't be using costa again.

Often stop at Forton on way up north Called Wed 8 th worst visit They said no dishwasher in March but still only take out cups the toast came in a paper bag no plate and the toast was white !! Said no dishwasher Really ???????????? from March and £12 for that !! ?
