Very lovely staff but very frustrated that it's listed as wheelchair accessible as it is not - there is a 4 inch step at the door and no ramp available. Staff are lovely and happy to come out to take an order but there's no call button available so you have to get someone's help to get their attention.

Sad to say today I've had the worst coffee ever. Ordered a medium latte and think I received a quadruple espresso with a splash of foam! And it was far too hot for a latte, I needed an extra cup as there were no cup holders. Last time I passed by there was no food delivered. For a train station, it's not very reliable or decent, and customers are trapped or unable to get exchanges/refunds. Today's coffee was binned on the train! Service was friendly and efficient though, just the actual coffee was shockingly bad.

This was a brilliant shop to grab breakfast, with the options readily presented at the counter! This was handy when catching my train and wait time was fine, yoghurt was very flavoursome.

We arrived at the train station 15 minutes before the train arrived, we went into cafe and ordered a large americano and regular cappuccino, the server shouted our order to the 2 baristas who was making coffees, 2 ladies then came in behind us and ordered 2 teas, the baristas decided to make the 2 teas before making my order, so I just had to stand at counter and wait for my order to be made while watching the 2 ladies walk away with their teas, I have to say this was very bad customer service and I was very angry to be treated that way.

I had a really nice Vor task here. The staff were pleasant too. The place was clean and pleasant to take a break at.
