Polly was really friendly and helpful. I felt really bad because I couldn?t find the right size and was indecisive about the style, but she was really patient the entire time and brought the shoes for me to try on?
I went back again and the young girl with black hair was really friendly too and helpful too!

I went into Clarks this afternoon to look for some shoes for work. Chelsea was SO helpful and gave me lots of options to try. She and Polly were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my shoe buying experience a great one. I felt really looked after and I left with a fab pair of shoes. Thank you so much!

It's an okay place to get a bubble tea . Issue would be the lack of hot drinks compared to another location nearby. Also, now that I've discovered the other shop, this one is kind of ranked the #3 of the best bubble tea shops in the city center.
Latest drink I got here was bitter, and had a bad after taste....

Just been into Clark?s to buy some new shoes for work and the manager was super helpful, kind and friendly! I couldn?t thank her enough for all her help choosing the best shoes.I came in my gym gear so not the outfit I would wear with these shoes . She kindly gave me some skin-colour socks to try these shoes on and guided me in similar shoes to pick my favourite.Thank you very much! Need more people like you in this world .

Extremely rude staff and the woman in charge was condescending and full of so much self importance that she ended up neglecting customers. We wanted to look at shoes and she tried to deny us access into a shop claiming that they were busy despite there only being three other people in there. Needless to say this instantly put us off buying anything from the store and we promptly left.
