A decent coffee shop in the centre of town! staff are always friendly and accommodating and get to know there customers and their needs, a good selection of food choices / cakes and ice creams and catered for dietary requirements. Nailed it as a cafe 10/10 ??

I absolutely love going into Dolce
I go in regularly almost daily and feel like a part of the family
Good loyalty discounts, Nikita and her team even remember what you have from visit to visit with it often delivered to your table before you are seated
I would thoroughly recommend a visit to Dolce - whatever the weather outside there is always a warm welcome inside

Dropped in for lunch, sat outside with two dogs. Vegetable soup was one of the best I?ve tasted. Brie and bacon toastie, delicious. If you?re visiting Lancaster this has to be your stop for lunch.

Went as 2 people just for coffee, were immediately greeted and seated. Staff were efficient and very pleasant despite a busy atmosphere. Premises were clean and cosy, and despite staying for 3 hours we at no point felt we had overstayed our welcome.

Pleasant cafe, clean, very friendly service, good variety of British food, food quality and quantity really good. One more plus for me that all breakfast options are halal. I would come back for sure.

Lovely staff, great food and decent portions at reasonable prices. I especially love the cakes! I prefer to sit upstairs, which is a lot more peaceful and spacious but unfortunately it isn't always open.

Called in today whilst visiting Lancaster. On entry we were asked whether we were paying by cash or card,on replying card the waitress said "you need to sit here" , pointing to a table in front of the counter. We were given two menus and left to choose our food. 3 times we tried to ask the waitress what the soup of the day was, but each time we were ignored. Eventually another waitress told us it was Butternut Squash. We asked the original waitress if we could place our order to be told " I'm busy, I'll be with you when I can ". After waiting for what seemed like an age we decided enough was enough and left. I'm sorry but there is no way I could recommend this place to anyone. Standards need to improve.

This Café is really nice. The pretty lady served us very nice. The drinks and food are so delicious. Price is reasonable.We will gi again next time. Recommend for visitors.

Had there Fry up, which comes out on a skillet, the sad thing is the breakfast was dripping in oil, yes I should of said, my advice as if there was no Grease it would of been lovely as ingredients was lovely, but overall very nice, and very pleasant staff.
