Absolutely amazing customer service and amazing food ? cant wait to be back. The panini and pizzas were 10/10 and you could tell from the taste how fresh it was!

I was visiting the area at the weekend and I can?t recommend this place enough the food was phenomenal and our server val was amazing constantly checking in making sure we had everything and was so bubbly will definitely be returning on our next visit.

Food was poor, lacked taste, watery, small portions, also the plates and food were just warm/cold not what I would expect.
Manager was rude when complained and was aggressive not offering an apology or offering an alternative?.
I definitely will not be returning, and would not recommend this place to anyone?

We called in on Saturday 24th May.
Ordered the sharing platter for £25 plus two glasses of medium merlot at £7per glass
The food and wine was enjoyable.
We even got to speak with owner Bruno.
The staff were friendly and the service very quick.
However on being asked to pay before we had the meal was a damper as we would have ordered coffee and deserts.
But paying the 10 percent additional service charge was off putting.
Other than that very impressed

Booked for a birthday celebration for 9 people. Unfortunately we were all very disappointed. The mussels were tiny. The pasta was undercooked (couldn't be described as al dente), stodgy, heavy and tasteless. Probably the worst pasta I've tasted and the worst Italian 'restaurant' I've been to.
The reply speaks volumes and is no surprise. Very unprofessional. We thoughtfully provided our order by telephone and email in advance to make it easier for all staff. Bruno, the owner, is currently away so maybe standards have slipped in his absence.
