I visited with a friend on Saturday 24 May and was immediately taken aback by the uncomfortable atmosphere. Two young male employees (one white, one Asian) were speaking loudly and swearing, which already felt unprofessional. Things got worse when the Asian staff member made a misogynistic comment directed at the only female employee, referring dismissively to ?you females.? He and his colleague laughed saying ?oh that?s funny? making the situation even more uncomfortable for everyone nearby.
To her credit, the female staff member stood up for herself and called out the comment as offensive. While he offered an apology, it was clearly insincere as he continued laughing with his friend. This kind of sexist and misogynistic language has no place in any workplace?or society at large?and it?s deeply disappointing to witness.
I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of these two employees. No one should have to tolerate that kind of toxic environment and I?m sick of hearing it more increasingly in everyday situations.

Great store. Always a nice clean and tidy store with everything well presented. Friendly staff and nice to have a browse around. Would recommend to others.

Items cost more here than they do new e.g. Primark clothes, staff also seem to make it their duty to follow you round the store and ask questions. The female manager in particular makes inappropriate comments about putting male customers into "detention", made a complaint to the company. They weren't interested. Will avoid!
