I give a 1 star rating for my initial experience today. The website states Boots opening times. It does not mention in that section a separate opening times for the Pharmacy, very misleading. Would it be possible to add to the 'opening times' the opening times of the Pharmacy? Thank you for considering my suggestion.

Isn?t it strange that when I complained about the Pharmacy Assistant with long blonde hair, being rude, blunt and intimidating, I received a phone call from the manager to say that all of the staff are professional and polite and he couldn?t understand my complaint, however he was sorry. I see many customers have commented to the same effect, over a long period of time.

Tried buying gift voucher on self service only went to £25. Pressed for help no one came . Got help off woman customer who also struggled buying . Still no help. After both failing put our goods back and went. Useless self service. Wont be rushing back.

Never experienced this before anywhere but the staff at the checkout tills were talking about me and pointing at me to each other when I came in to buy my lunch (which is right next to the tills). The first time I thought it was nothing. Second time I thought it was a strange coincidence, third and fourth time I noticed its only when it's a certain older lady on the tills. When I looked they quickly looked away as fast as possible but knew that I'd spotted them talking about me. Was very obvious. Very, very unprofessional to gossip about customers like that. Never seen something like that before. Very strange and very inappropriate of that older lady.

hi, i came into boots today to look for some products that i can use for my face, i went over to a member of staff, she was called kadi as it said that on her name tag, she was extremely rude and giving blunt answers and half ignoring the things i asked her, i am not impressed at all with how she was talking to me and had to find someone else to show me what i wanted.

I bought quite a few items today and accidentally bought some cotton pads that weren?t double sided, ?Graham? was taking care of the refund and I exchanged it for some other cotton pads and made a 60p saving. Very big thank you to Graham for how kind he was and brightening up my day ?
