Really unimpressed. I deliberately set up my nectar card prior to a 25 pound purchase at Argos.
The order itself was a faff telling me part of the order was ready the second part at 5pm (when the store shut)
I had to go back the second day bit eventually got bith controllers for my switch
Here I am though weeks down the line with no nectar points showing
Had thus with argos with my wife's card, everything is linked bit never any points
Not best pleased with the service received

Absolutely rubbish. I won't ever use Argos within a supermarket ever again.
I don't see the point, they never have what you want.

Refusal to handover of goods purchased, despite informing me this was ready for collection. Had no interest in explaining why I was informed this and refused to log any details. Lucy's customer service is non existent. She was hellbent on raising her voice in a shopfull and refused to liase with me on this matter. I now have to wait however many days for my own money back. Despite Argos themselves claiming refunds are immediate in store. Products sourced elsewhere problematic free. Seriously considering litigation.

Just been to Argos Lancaster waiting to pick up a basket. It was 8.20 when I got there and was waiting behind a lady. Next minute they shut the doors and the friends that were waiting for the staff said are you waiting for Argos they are closed now. Customer service used to be you would serve all customers before leaving. Absolutely fuming

I went in today, with an issue regarding a prepaid card that I?d purchased from a different company. All the staff there really went out of their way to help resolve my issue and ultimately saving my children?s Christmas! Amazing staff and amazing customer service, thank you to each one of you and hope you all have a very merry Christmas

Wanted to purchase something, ordered and went to desk to pay to be told they can't accept payments and I'd have to do it at the ordering station. I don't like using my card that way so I said this to be told they are not accepting payment. Its OK I will go elsewhere then!

Not impressed, tried to return goods to the Lancaster store â??NOT FIT FOR PURPOSEâ? within 14 days...refused to refund. Manager Martin is a wet lettuce, was told by a member of staff (Ben) I should of done my research first on the Internet & not just read the glowing report in the catalogue. I took this up further with the manufacturer of the goods & was given a code to take back into Lancaster Argos where they HAD to give me a full refund....Disgusting customer care, no point what so ever of having a high street branch with customer service like that.....as the staff member said do your research first on the Internet, well in that case letâ??s buy from the Internet....
