Arrived late December, Heater in the room was showing signs of being melted previously. Bed dirty with black particles on and under the sheets. No hot water when we arrived and surprisingly still no hot water the following day. Although free internet was offered, it did not actually work.

Pleasant helpful staff. Lovely room overlooking countryside. Effective heating easily switched on or off. Good sized shower room Very comfortable double bed 4 pillows.

Lovely clean and comfortable place to stay. The bed was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
My whole experience was excellent and made my visit complete.
I am going to stay here again, that's a no brainer.

This is a comfortable place for a budget break. Good quality for the price, comfortable clean rooms, helpful friendly staff with good food and a bar on site.

Made up as a family room. Had to move a bed so we could get into our bed. Room was ok but not the best.

On entry, we got told 45mins wait for food. Even though we'd booked a table. Just over an hour later, our food arrived. Ordered the steak, swimming in blood. Not rested and cold. Won't be rushing back.

Location was convenient for the motorway, M55. The bed was low and comfortable and the shower was good. It was a cheap place to stay. Everything else was poor quality. I was concerned with cleanliness as the place looked like it needed a deep clean. There was no restaurant, so I had to go out for the evening meal and breakfast.

Rude staff. Went In with daughter who needed the loo. She was crying her eyes out and staff said no she couldn't use the loo and were pretty rude.
