I ordered online and it took over 2 hours to be delivered so I rang the store twice and spoke to a woman who hung up on me both times. I only asked if she knew how long it would be. She was so rude. Won?t be ordering again.

Came in for breakfast and a coffee before I was getting the bus outside subway as a the stop is there. Fifteen minutes before my bus was due I went to use the bathroom and it was locked. The men's where open but no toilet rolls. I went the speak to the man behind the counter to ask for the key and he said the toilet pipes are broken so I said well what about the men's because they are open and he said I can use. I said there is no toilet rolls and it's filthy to which he then said you cant use it because pipes are broken. We don't have toilet roll. Why would you have a restaurant area with no facilities. Had to run over to Morrisons to use there loos aland only just made my bus. Absolutely disgraceful. I was warned the toilets where disgusting by many people in kirkham but I just thought it was hearsay. No wonder it's always quiet in there. The new owners are terrible. Sort your facilities and make an effort. By law all employees should have facilities and I know there the only toilets in that building. Maybe there just left to pee themselves and serve food. Terrible ownership not to mention the fact U only get half a cup when you order a coffee and they don't do any blue light discounts or anything. Money grabbers. Also don't reply with the USA rubbish you've been telling everyone that reviews are redirected too because it's been proven rubbish. I wouldn't even give the one star if there was an option

Been too this subway franchise twice since there seems to be change of ownership. Both times the sandwiches have been inedible either due to undercooked bread or the sandwiches being that greasy that the paper that wraps it was soaked in grease pouring all over my clothes. It?s can?t be this difficult to make a sandwich

*READ MY REVIEW ON KIRKHAM SUBWAY*I wasn't impressed with after paying a delivery charge and a service charge on top of our food was the Asian delivery driver (who was the new owner in his car) to ask me where his tip was, I asked if he was taking the P*SS then he asked again, he wasn't impressed when I gave him his tip...... DON'T WASH YOUR FEET WITH YOUR SOCKS!! and told to do one.......used this Subway to eat-in since the new owners took over and it's 100% better and cleaner than before but I won't be using it again or their delivery service it's back to the Subway in Warton.*THE REPLY BY THE OWNER BELOW IS FALSE THE SAME OTHER REPLIES THEY HAVE LEFT ON OTHER NEGATIVE REVIEWS*Vegetarian options: Good selectionDietary restrictions: Gluten free bread on offer but it will cost you an extra 50p on top and it's only a 6" Sub

Honestly wouldn't bother ordering a delivery if you actually intend to eat your food as it never arrives!! Orderd at 8.05am for delivery at 8.40am it's now 9.35am and no food still no contact from subway as the number doesn't work!! Just eat not helpful at all so we've just lost out £28 for food that's never arrived! AVOID DELIVERY FROM HERE.

The filthy tables and toilet were blocked and dirty I was not brave enough to use it. I was driving through the city and there was nothing else open around if you wanted just take out and take the risk but if you want to eat in go to Macdonald.

I came into kirkham for the first time in a while today in search for some subway bread.Subway to me is awful but I still love the bread and my wife wanted filly cheese steaks for Valentine?s Day, with the steak prepared at home I came into the shop and after some funny looks the lady behind the counter pulled the bread out and wrapped it. after a call to her supervisor she refused to sell me the bread even after I told her I would buy it for the price of two sandwiches.
