What a great service. Holly was showing us a property and mentioned another property which met more of our requirements. What a beauty it wasn't even on our list to look at. Saw it and knew straight away it was the one. Well talk about listening to what we asked for. Absolutely fantastic. We would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company. Just sold and bought our new home with Mi Home and would highly recommend. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout the process and Lisa was particularly fantastic at chain chasing and keeping us informed.
Viewings were all handled by Mi Home which was really appreciated and nothing was too much trouble.

The staff at the Kirkham branch have been wonderful. Predominantly we dealt with the same person which was great for continuity. When occasionally liaising with other members of their team, they maintained high professional standards in an approachable and polite manner at all times. As it was the first time we sold a property we had plenty of questions. These were all managed in a timely fashion whether in person, on the phone or via e-mail. They responded with your preferred method of communication. MI HOME staff were very considerate when arranging viewings around our work schedules and the arrival of a new baby. This was very much appreciated. Lisa and Rachael provided further solid support when we were struggling with our solicitors. Their vast amount of experience and underpinning knowledge was evident and installed further confidence to use their services again should we require them. If you?ve had a negative experience in the past I hope this encourages you to chose MI HOME estate agents. They care and go the extra mile. Thanks again folks and have a lovely Christmas.

Just bought my first home with mi homes and the service we received was second to none! Lisa has been amazing from start to finish was always on hand when I needed her and kept me upto date with everything nothing was ever a problem.
