Best KFC around. Never go anywhere else. Foods always spot on and the place is clean compared to others.

AMAZING FOOD!! Chicken was delicious. Machines weren?t working well on arrival and took ages for food and needs cleaning more often. Overall food was like meeting heaven.

This KFC is normally the best in the area and usually consistent. However the employees working the front desk that were in here tonight were very rude and unwelcoming. My family and I went in to grab a quick dinner at 9:40pm. Online says inside closed at 10 and the drive thru at 11. We understood it was close to closing time and were ready to rush to be out by 10. As soon as we walked in, at this point there was still other customers in the restaurant, an employee told us they were closed and we needed to leave. We then referenced the time being before 10pm and he gave us multiple dirty looks, shook his head, and walked away. We felt so uncomfortable that we decided to leave. Normally we have a very good time at this KFC and was disappointed with the outcome.

Forgot to put half of our order in the bag (kids chips ) delivery driver just abandoned his car blocking mine in and causing havoc in the car park . Not a great experience. Food i did receive was just ok . Not terrible, not great.

Not as good as I remember when this branch first opened. Couldn't order at the counter and had to use the self service screens. Food was average at best.

Staff rude and not helpful, didn't get the drink ordered and my chicken order was wrong and they missed the gravy. Very disappointed

Food is cold, chip portions are for very hobbits. Staff really don't want to be there. Food gives you a touch of the KFC revenge the next morning (throughout the day) AVOID

25 mins for fried chicken. You having a laugh?? Wouldn?t mind but we were the only guests on instore. Prioritised drive thru. Won?t be returning. Don?t buy from here unless you wanna wait 25 mins. Asked how long was told waiting on chips? we didn?t even order chips, just chicken!

Quiet in the evenings but still get to eat in. Kiosks for ordering inside and tables are clean. Plenty of parking available.

Just been here for a drive through meal. Ordered a Tower Burger meal and some chicken bites in a sauce. Got to the collection window, paid my £15 (extortionate) and was told to pull it in the car park. 10 minutes later a girl brings my food in a box no bag. I check the food and it's cold. I take it back, the manager returns with a "new box of food" it's still cold. I ask her to touch the chicken for herself. She won't, so I ask for a full refund! Rubbish food and even worse service! Went to Burger King, good food and great service!

Omg just spent £32 for 2 and the chips in the bag wasn't enough for one let alone 2 . I got a chicken piece meal and a burger meal and I gave my chips to my partner I was embarrassed as it was my choice for the KFC . Not had it for a while and although the meal tasted okay a little cold the portions for fries is embarrassing to say the least . I won't be rushing to eat hear. / Take away in a rush again
