YES AVOID... staff are rude and unhelpful, rang up for a quote to get an expensive duvet and coat dry cleaned, and was hung up on, tried calling back and they refuse to answer... who runs a business that way!!!

How rude! I would never ever go there again, the lady who served me charged me for little things like there's not even a price list. Attitude! Never again.

AVOID - Got a quote and written on ticket £9.50 to clean a sleeping bag and cover, then went to collect and they wanted an extra £5 cos they washed them seperately. As I said AVOID
