I don't know who Yaseen Beg is (sounds suspiciously bogus) but I don't think they are dealing with the same Blues And Twos Credit Union staff that I have dealt with over the years. They are ultimately professional in their dealings with you and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I have always found them to be pleasant, polite and cheerful.

I have been a member since Blues and Twos first started at Lancon HQ and my wife became a member in 2008 so between us we have had a lot of experience with the staff each time we made use of the 'borrowing' and the 'saving' processes. The service provided has always been second to none and we have nothing but praise for the Blues and Twos team at Lancon HQ.

This outfit sells itself as a non profit credit union serving emergency service personnel but essentially they are no different than any other loan company and providing less favourable rates?and less favourable returns?they are just using the emergency services while claiming to be non profit?.My strong advice is to avoid them.

Rang up and after an uninformative message the line went offNo help at all.Is it still a viable operation?Should add I have sent two message without response.

I think blues and twos and their incredible staff are wonderful. I have been a member for two years and just cannot fault the service not to mention how caring,polite and darned efficient the staff are. Thank you for your patience and help. Would reccomend without hesitation

I'm a member at this so called credit union i've had o write this review because people need to know how unprofessional ithese pepople are. i've been put on half pay from work im suffering with breathing problems. i have pleaded to see if ican reduce my payments the response i got was NO we are taking our money.now i'm going in to financial hardsh and struggling to feed my faMILY

Got a loan from these always maintained payemts on time and never missed a payment apply for another loan for Christmas where apr would of been lower and lowerr in monthly payments and got declined. Absolutely disgusting.. DO NOT USE THESE!!!

I have been a member of Blues & Twos for many years now, and I have never had cause to fault their excellent Customer Service. Each member of staff I have dealt with over time has been extremely friendly, polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work and enjoy a much needed break over the festive season.
