Nice little countryside pub. Landlord is a pleasure, I'm usually the designated driver so I don't drink but will be visiting regularly

Lovely friendly pub with open fire in the winter, outdoor seating area and friendly locals. Dogs welcome. No food available except bar snacks and the odd pie.

Traditional drinker's pub. Good ale, decent atmosphere and amazing pork pies. Gets very busy at peak times.

Didn't have food, but I love this pub. Whenever we are visiting our friends in Helmshore, the Robin Hood is a guarantee

To Jim, who said he was ?attacked? by a sandy coloured dog! Skye, my in laws German shepherd barked at you as you opened the door. There was no physical contact she didn?t even jump up, she was only saying hello, it was caught on CCTV and I was stood behind her when it happened! The Robin Hood is the BEST pub in the village. Please do not attempt to tarnish their reputation because you can?t cope with a dog saying hello! Great pub, great service, great fires and Indie the pubs dog is just a delight! We love it here.

A very traditional style of pub, offering bar snacks only. But we'll worth popping in for a drink. With a choice of 3 indoor seating areas & a beer garden next to the river/waterfall; but mind the steps! See how many ducks you can count too. Worth stepping into after visiting the museum or mill shops near by. Or passing through the village.
