I recently ordered from Kismat Indian Takeaway in Haslingden, and I can honestly say it?s a gem in this small town! The quality and freshness of their food are absolutely outstanding. Ordered chicken makhani. The dish was too sweet for a side dish. And the pappodoms were also tasted old. As if it was fried days ago. The food did upset my stomach . Was feeling nauseous the whole day.

good food. can't go wrong with chicken tikka masala, pilau & garlic bread. delivery ALWAYS takes his time though. consistently 1 hour plus. So don't order if you're going into diabetic shock

Not sure where the good reviews are coming from? but the curries are awful and way too thick Has this recently been taken over as there are things they used to do but no longer do like chicken sashlick Kismats version comes in sauce lol suppose there a first and last time for everything but the curries omg they are no good.

Absolutely delicious. I went ordered a takeaway. When I arrived home to eat straight away after opening the container the aromas from the dishes had sparked several taste buds making the food more enjoyable. I would like to thank the Kismat team. Thank you and I will be ordering again.

I have had food from here 4 the past 3 days; all I can say about kismat isKISMAT R the CHIEFS of Indian cuisine, I get its a totally different culture but its appropriate for this review, best Indian food ever.

We were staying in the area for a short break and had a takeway from you. It was amazing - beautifully cooked and so much taste, especially the king prawn korma and coconut rice. It was the best indian food we have ever eaten by far. Thank you also for your very friendly service. Wished we lived nearer to visit again.

Long wait didn?t enjoy it got boiled rice instead of pilau rice and overall just wasn?t pleasant meal disappointed to say the least was one of the best around here, slipping standards

Amazing food and service. This is the Indian to go too. I can't eat meat and rice together and here does my favourite madras sauce on its own so I can eat it with rice. Everytime I have spoken with someone on the phone as I mainly order online and called up today just to check what time it would be delivered as doesn't specify a time online and opened at 4.45 at 5.15 he apologised but said it was on the way he was such a lovely person to talk too and as he said 5 minutes or so later it arrived hot and fresh. I would 100% recommend here

Well what can I say. I ordered my food at 4:45 for a collection of 5:30 I arrived 5:32 and within 2 minutes I was out the door. All very nice in the shop smiles all around I was greeted on entry and leaving. The food was exceptional I?m usually quite fussy about Indian food as I only ever usually eat from a local Indian near my parents house because my standards just don?t usually cut it anywhere else. But on this occasion I guess I?ve just found my 2nd Indian outlet and with it being close to my work it?s very handy for meals when I finish. I ordered chicken tikka wrap which was outstanding. I also ordered Bombay potatoes omg delicious and house special fried rice very tasty. Thank you for the excellent food. Keep up the good work guys ?
