As most others have pointed out, this is a cr4p company, DO NOT USE THEM. A while ago my missus went for a warehouse job, she did a day trial (they never paid her), at the end of the days trial she was told that any errors made in her department come out of your salary. Yeah ok, lol! I told her to sack it right off (salary was a joke too). She also said baboons were working in the config/warehouse departments so no wonder everyone gets machines with missing parts. Buyer beware.

Bought a computer from them 14/01/23 and it was delivered the next day (hence the 1 star). I had a friend help set it up (previous experience in the IT servicing/repairs with HP) The computer - 'Blue Screened' - numerous times during the setting up reported it to them that day. Was instructed to reset the computer, which was done but continued to Blue Screen and in accordance with their returns Policy requested return of the computer and my money. Was told they were moving premises and they'd be in touch to make arrangements. 4-6 weeks later I had to arrange return of the computer at my expense - problems with their Customer Service??? Computer was returned 07/03/23 and I'm still waiting for my money!! I'll leave you to decide whether to use this company.\\nUpdate 11/04/23: Thankfully I had the presence of mind to use PayPal when paying for the computer and submitted a complaint. Still nothing heard from Fierce PC but my complaint was upheld by PayPal and my money returned

Poor build, didn't even leave enough room for cables... customer service don't care about a blatant error. Massive electric shocks too.. would not recommend at all

Useless customer service.Ordered my PC on the Saturday it came on the Tuesday, no email update on the shipping just turned up (which is fast as it stated minimum 10days) however, this is bad because you want information on your delivery...Also was missing 8GB of ram, should have been 2x8GB and was only 1 8GB stick, emailed and have yet to get a reply. Tried to ring their number but they're always "out of hours" with an automated reply, guess every day is a bank holiday for them.PC (after I put my own ram in) is good, can't fault that but wouldn't ever recommend or buy from these again as it's pointless if you ever need to get in touch.

None existent customer service, when your pc has a problem they will ignore you ? the ultra protect package is pretty useless when they don't respond to your messages. Save yourself the hassle, buy your pc from anyone else.

I got the pc in march of 2022 and it was working fine for the first month but then it began to crash everytime i tried playing a game that wasnt roblox. I looked up why it might be happening and i saw that it might be due to drivers or the pc overheating because of dust inside it so i cleaned it and tried again but it still crashed after about 5 minutes into the game. I then reinstalled the drivers to see if that was the issue but it wasnt. Ive been having this exact same issue for a long time and now i cant even load up certain games without the pc fully restarting. From what i saw in the first month, it has good performance which is why i havent done 1 star but overall i wouldnt recommend buying anything from this company.

I wish I checked the reviews before purchasing.Had the same issues as other reviews. These guys will not pickup the phone, take +1 week to reply to an email and will avoid dealing with your issue. My email chain with them is over a 2 month period and no resolution! This is pathetic.I wasted money on a 3 year service package for nothing and still waiting on a refund from +2-3 months ago.

Dissolved their previous company (under the same name) with no notice even though my pc was still under their warranty. The delivery of the PC was also delayed for multiple weeks; at one point they almost sent me a PC with the wrong parts! A friend of mine also ordered their PC from here and it has consistent issues after only 10 months of regular use. A sloppy business with even worse standards.

Honestly, I've been using a PC from this company for like 2 years now, and I can still run every single new game in max graphics. I actually reached out to them recently, asking about how to remove a side panel, and they went out of their way to actually find it and look for videos etc. Amazing people, amazing service. If I need a PC again, I'm buying from you. Customer Loyalty ?

Absolutely shocking company which will block you on social media for pointing out errors with marketing like their new "world first gaming subscription service" that basically asks you to pay to receive marketing and the new website they shared with us that had a lorem ipsum F&Q section which was auto generated placeholder text - see photo. I won't mention the fake give aways.

Completely agree that the customer service is shocking post purchase. I've have got a problem with my PC which is still covered under the warranty. I've emailed twice and recieved one response asking for more details. I have provided all additional details and now no response. I've tried calling and every line gives and engaged tone and then cuts you off. I will be giving it one more week and then opening a claim through the small claims court.

When I ordered the pc I needed it within the 5-7 days for work and personal use and after being told it would arrive at different at 4 different time points on 4 different occasions I gave up with the customer support and after 2 weeks and 2 days of waiting it finally turned up everything else about the pc was perfect well made however the shipping time very much tainted the experience and made me miss work

I bought pc from Laptop direct in December 2021 for £1070. I was buying this to help with the 2nd hand I bought for £300 couldn't handle. This pc had all the spec that show it will be a decent one to handle the work load. Upon receiving the pc I realized my £300 2nd pc was performing better than this new pc I bought which was from fierce pc. I continued to use the pc because I could share the work load between the two pcs.Fast forward 6 months down the line June 2022. One afternoon the new bought pc just completely shuts down and wont turn on. I contacted Laptop direct as it was still under warrenty and they told me to contact fierce pc. I did contact them and they told me to send it back to them. I was given a return lable to I packged the pc and sent it to them. Few days later I got an email saying that the pc got damaged in transit and my warrenty doesn't cover for the damages. I was shocked as to why I am responsible for the damage. I was told to pay extra £413.05 to cover for the 2 fans that was damaged and the pc case.As to why am responsible I don't know. Long story short I was given a free case and option to pay £185.52 for a low spec fan which is no where near what I originally bought. My advice is be careful buying from these as everything is great until you run into a problem and their customer service is 100% poor. I did read other reviews similar to this but I went ahead and bought it thinking I was going to be different. If you are thinking of buying from these just know that customer service is not going to help whatsoever when you encounter a problem.
