Always take our cars here without hesitation and always get great service.. dropped my car off with with damaged suspension and no warning first thing, they got it sorted by lunchtime to get me back on the road which is just unbelievable really..

Called in about 9.30 in pouring rain to see if a faulty windscreen wiper could be fixed so I could continue my journey on the M6. A very helpful and sympathetic mechanic said he?d have a look and see what he could do. 10.10 I was back on my way with working wipers. The mechanic was Dan and I can?t thank him enough. A credit to the team.

Noticed my tyre flat and a nail in my new expensive tyre. Rang HiQ who said come up and we will take a look. Tyre repaired in less time than I repair a bike puncture. Excellent, really pleased.

Fixed my abs sensors no problem been driving my car a while noticed my wheel nut comic loose took it to another mechanic turn out my wheel hub threads have been damagedUPDATESo after 11 months my car had to be taken back in via breakdown due to break cable split car was received Monday I called them and ask for updates they explained they have sent a invoice to the AA are was waiting for a confirmation fast forward to the Friday they said they was still waiting so I decided I would call the AA myself turns out they ain't even contacted the AA about the repair after stating they had I got my car back on the following Wednesday after having no car for a week I would have thought that after loosing break fluid from the break pipe splot they would have topped up the break fluid no after I had to check cause my break pedal feels really slack I thought this garage was meant to be highly recommended by the AA thought my experience would have been better this time around

I am trying to make this short but I am so angry it might be long. Twice I have taken my car to HQ with a catalytic converter light both times I was sent away suggesting that the car was OK to drive. Results car broke down, not on motorway which to be honest could have killed me, but on a back road. I went to HQ next day no help with recovery. I sorted that myself waiting to hear about the car. No phone call, when I rang I was told that the car had been damaged beyond they were willing to repair. No help with trying to find someone who could repair it. I have been a loyal customer, but have I feel been treated very badly.
