Order hadn?t even been started when I got there, staff were laughing and joking in their whatever language looking at me, I just walked out! This place used to be great, now it?s overpriced and the quality has disappeared, shame

Hi, do not order from this, ordered an 18? margarita pizza but came with pepperoni and chicken as i am halal i was very disgusted and they refused to refund or send a new one. I will not be going town gate pizza again. Don?t recommend at all.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza, and it came with pepperoni and chicken, then refused to give me a refund or give me a new pizza or swap. I do not recommend going to towngate pizza. As the service was aweful. Is customer service even a thing? Avoid at all costs !!
