The baby changing was locked due to the bins not being emptied and neither the disabled or the women?s toilets have baby changing stations so I had to leave my shopping to go home and change my baby. Bad form really, either put changing stations in all the toilets or leave the door unlocked or call the sanitary people to empty the bins

I am not usually tend to leave a negative feedback but sometimes you can't help it.
Some real jobsworth works here even at customer service desk they can't assist a customer so what more to say, I'm sure not every staff member is like her and the funny security person next to her desk as it's not a small store but still it's the poor on the manager of this store. Absolute rubbish.
