We needed a bespoke Working at Heights course. I called every single company in the area, this company were the only ones that could do it! Even more so, Chelsea was wonderful and really so helpful. Booked a course Thursday 28th March rang up today after bank Holiday weekend due to a staff member who was taking the course going of ill to change the date. The company just said no we will be charged the full amount. Please be aware guys if you get poorly they are going to charge you the full amount. We have used these alot in the past for ipaf and pasta, we won't be using them in the future
Edit: there was no abrupt end to the call at all, We explained our delegate was in hospital, you showed no care to this what so ever, so we told you we was going to leave poor feedback on google. To which your response was 'fine you do what you need to do'.
Thank you for the offer of a course reduction but we won't be taking it, we have numerous members of staff all ipaf through yourself and pasma, we will now be looking for another training provider.

Callum and Graham ,absolutely superb !(IPAF training) .I am a nervous wreck but the atmosphere created put me at ease.The training is first class with everything explained clearly.Well done guys .Brilliant.
