We needed a bespoke Working at Heights course. I called every single company in the area, this company were the only ones that could do it! Even more so, Chelsea was wonderful and really so helpful. Booked a course Thursday 28th March rang up today after bank Holiday weekend due to a staff member who was taking the course going of ill to change the date. The company just said no we will be charged the full amount. Please be aware guys if you get poorly they are going to charge you the full amount. We have used these...
