The moment you enter Jo's salon, all the worries goes away and you feel relaxed no matter what procedure you are having. The atmosfere is calm, warm and relaxed. Jo is so professional and explains the treatment before administering it. She creates a relaxing environment to ensure her clients receive the best service. Cannot recommend Jo enough! Very happy to have found her. The atmosphere is very calming and private. She takes her time and explains in detail about the service and procedure she provides. I have booked in a few times now and look forward to my appointments. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. My skin always feels amazing after I leave, highly recommend for facials.

Joanne is absolutely amazing, I could not recommend her highly enough. I have regular massages with Jo, to treat muscle pain associated with ptsd, when I explained this Jo went above and beyond and knew exactly what to do, and I left her salon pain-free after the most relaxing and lovely time. The whole experience is fabulous, her room is beautiful and so calm, tranquil and relaxing. Jo is such a kind, calm presence and she really loves the services she provides.To anybody reading this... I sincerely hope you get to experience the hot stones massage.

The only place I would go for my eyebrows, lashes and facials. The new premises is utterly beautiful, so calm, relaxing and inviting with a luxury feel. Jo is always friendly and so knowledgeable about skincare and all of the treatments she offers. Perfect!
