Fantastic service!I needed a service on a faulty freezer for a store I run. I visited Andy and Vicky in the store and they were friendly and knowledgeable.Andy arranged a swift appointment to come and service the product and he was reliable and professional.He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with a report and his recommendation on how to proceed in regards to my warranty with the company where I purchased the freezer.Their charge was the best value quote I'd found, I can't recommend them enough.

The Dream Team !These guys are awesome. Fantastic communication throughout and they really went the extra mile to help me out. I have been using ABC Direct for a over 10 years, i am a site supervisor in a school in Darwen. We use ABC to service our fridge, freezers and other kitchen equipment in my previous school ABC also serviced all the Air Conditioning units. when we are looking to purchase any new equipment, ABC are our first port of call. Their pricing is competitive in the market place, the service team are first class nothing is too much trouble.
