The most miserable staff I've seen in a pharmacy. Asked for help to find some vitamins (that were in a single, battered, open box at the back of a shelf) in an empty shop seemed to be an inconvenience to the staff that reluctantly, eventually pointed it out to me.

Congratulations Well Pharmacy for a cracking April Fool?s!!Myself along with 3 other customers turned up at 16.00 for our prescription only to find a note on the door that says ?from 1st April we will be closing at 1pm.I was in there less than 2weeks ago & that notice wasn?t there then.Customers should?ve been given a minimum of a month?s notice.Could someone not have had the foresight to post something on Social Media??Along with a note it would?ve reached for people.Not everyone walks past you everyday & some of us work Monday-Friday.Poor poor communication.I?m off elsewhere

Website states you can sign up for free prescription deliveries via Royal mail however when querying that with the staff at the pharmacy they turn their noses up at you because you're young and not 'vulnerable'. I had signed up and switched to Well pharmacy in the hope it would save me a 45 minute round trip to collect my prescriptions every couple of weeks but that was a waste of time and the staff couldn't care less! Dont bother with this pharmacy!
